The Nagarahole National Park is one of the most popular reserves of Asiatic Elephants. In fact, this one is the topmost national park that takes in the stunning Asiatic Elephants. The Nagarahole National Park was acknowledged the 37th Project Tiger reserve in the year of 1999. Pangolin, Sloth Bear, Giant Squirrel, Giant Fruit Bat, Flying Squirrel and Slender Loris are a number of the other species found in the park. Yellow Browed Bulbul, Pacific Swallow, Grasshopper Warbler, Orphean Warbler and the Yellow Billed Babbler are some of the most beautiful birds found here.  For that reason, there is no doubt that it is one of the best tour destinations in India.


The vegetation in the Nagarahole National Park is mostly of moist deciduous forests. Rosewood, Indian Kino Tree, sandalwood, teak, silver oak, axlewood and Grewia tilaefolia are the major plants in park.
